The aim of the action is the establishment and operation of Immigrants Centers, which will provide informational and psychosocial support services to migrants in order to support their social inclusion process into the Cypriot society. Those Centers operate in the four major cities; Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos.

Properly trained and qualified personnel, undertaking a person-center approach perspective support migrants’ general and special needs. The Centers’ service provision includes direct and indirect advocacy on migration, employment, housing, educational opportunities, health care, culture and social inclusion information and so forth. In addition, collaboration with be established with relevant governmental organisations and departments, NGOs and voluntary agencies.

It is the first time, for Cyprus, that a systematic effort is implemented in this sensitive and highly important field of migrants’ social inclusion and integration in the republic.
